PRICING AND PAYMENT
Since each Orange IT shop/branch is operated independently, each shop/branch has its own pricing practice and fulfillment facility. You make payment to the shop you order, and your purchase will also be fulfilled by it.
All prices are Cash/EFTPOS discount price. Credit Card payment, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and etc, incurs a 2% surcharge.
PayPal:
A copy of Photo ID for the PayPal account holder is required for any purchase over $500. In order to protect
you, the consumer, and us from the high fraud rate on the Internet. We understand this is most likely an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize, but all the informations provided is confidential. You will never be asked to do this again once we have the information in your profile.

The delivery address shall be what is listed in the White Pages for that name. Ensure you have entered your contact details into your account so that we can call you back to verify the order. For orders over $500, please include a photocopy of your Drivers License.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Orange IT reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orange IT reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and your order is automatically varied to order that lesser amount. All credit card orders will be verified prior to our acceptance of your order. Orange IT reserves the right, without prior notification to do business with any individual or business.
AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders will be cancelled after 3 days if they are not picked up. Customers will be notified by email and online.
Warranty
Warranty valid with original tax invoice (NO PHOTOCOPIED).
Orange IT provides 1 year return to base manufacturer limited warranty for most of the product except notebook, netbook, manufacturer built computer system and server.
All Notebook, Netbook, Manufacturer built Computer System and Server warranty are provided directly by the manufacturer in Australia, customers will need to contact the vendor service centre directly, some vendors provide onsite pickup and return warranty. Excluding Orange IT built computer system and custom built system.
Warranty for Orange IT built computer system and custom built system only covers hardware problem. Software is excluded from the warranty.
Orange IT will handle warranty processing, goods under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Warranty on product is with manufacturer, Orange IT is unable to provide replacement/exchange/refund under any circumstances.
Orange IT does not handle products warranty where the manufacturer offer direct warranty claim from customer. This including but not limited to most of the notebook, netbook, manufacturer built computer system, server, monitor, printer, projector and many other.
Warranty void if product found in any way to be physically damaged, modified or mishandled.
Warranty only covers product purchased from Orange IT and does not cover any other equipment used in conjunction with the item(s) sold by Orange IT. The liability is limited to a maximum of the cost of replacing the goods or equivalent goods purchased.
Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of returning the faulty product to Orange IT. Any shipment has to be in proper packaging, any item damaged during delivery to Orange IT and return to customer are customer responsibility.
Customer is required to obtain a reference number prior to returning any goods and must be shipped within 3 days after reference number is issued.
Reference number can be obtained by emailing our warranty division: sales@orangeit.com.au. Please include invoice number, product model and serial number (if available) with fault description of the product.
If the product is found to be not faulty, Orange IT reserve the right to charge the labour cost for examining the goods.
Orange IT is not responsible for data contents or the security of the data contents contained in any returned goods.
Repair or replacement of the product is at the discretion of manufacturer.
Turnaround time for warranty claims depends on the supplier or the manufacturer. Typically it takes 1 to 4 weeks from the day we receive the faulty product, however it can vary greatly.
DOA RETURNS (DEAD ON ARRIVAL RETURNS)
In the event that you receive a product that is not in working order, please notify Orange IT by telephone and/or email to get a Return Authority (RA) number and return the product within 7 days with the DOA number. Please ensure that the product you are returning has complete packageing and contents as originally supplied. Failure to report a DOA item within 7 days or return with incomplete packageing and contents as originally supplied will result in you not being able to claim the item as a DOA.
You must turn the goods with your RA number and detailed fault description sheet. If after testing, the returned product is found to be not faulty, you will be charged the processing costs, plus all courier costs associated (if delivered).
DAMAGED AND/OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
In the event that you receive a product that is either damaged or not the product you ordered, please notify Orange IT by e-mail, telephone or fax, as soon as possible, within 7 days of receipt of the product. You must have your order number. Once verified we have verified that there is a problem, you can return the goods to us for exchange/warranty. Please be aware that replacement of products that have suffered physical damage is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for finding and obtaining the correct components for their individual needs. In the event that you decide to return the product purchased from Orange IT, you must return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. All refund will apply current price attracting 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be provided for any opened product. All refunds for non-opened items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Orange IT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Orange IT and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Orange IT does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Orange IT itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Parties other than Orange IT and its subsidiaries sell product lines on this site. In addition, we provide may links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses.
